Polyvinyl chloride is a widely used synthetic plastic polymer worldwide. Today, it in many areas, such as health, electricity, electronics, and construction, especially the building sector. It known to have harms human health. Our case 39-year-old male patient who has been working plastics industry for 16 years. The patient, was diagnosed with gastric neuroendocrine tumor while working, applied us investigate relationship between his work. Although clear could not be established, found that he had pneumoconiosis during examination. thought this due polyvinyl exposed As result, can also seen people thermoplastic industry, apart from classical pneumoconiosis-forming dust silica, silicate coal. very important detect these patients early screening prevent exposure.
